Barry Larkin ripped 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at Shibe Park as the Honolulu
Islanders beat the reeling Cheyenne Gunslingers by the count of 5 to 4.
 
The Honolulu fans enjoyed the offense provided by Larkin.  He cracked a
two-run shot in the 3rd inning and hit a bases-empty home run in the 5th
inning.  Cheyenne had a chance to come back in the 9th but they came up
short.  
 
The win went to Hilton Smith(7-1) who allowed 3 runs in 8 and 2/3 innings. Red
Faber got the save, his 5th.  Randy Johnson(4-6) was the loser.  He served up
3 homeruns in his 5 innings.
